| Description | If a surface which is being exported does not lay in the XY plane, then the resulting DXF file is basically useless by third-party 2D applications. Can such exports be automatically rotated into the XY plane? | ||||

Yes, that is possible to implement, a routine should be implemented before exporting that reorient all points on a certain workplane... I cannot promise you when I can do it, though. |

Done with 6dbf66b There is now an option in Draft preferences to project exported objects along the current view direction. |
