You should specify your exact Ubuntu version. The file is incomplete. The objects that were used to create the current objects are missing from the file. Is that intended? We have no way of knowing how the current shapes were produced. It would help in figuring out what's going on. From what I can see the problem is with Cut_Innr_Base. When intersecting a shape on the planar surface rather than the curved face it works, but not on the curved surface. |

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Was used Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS Release: 12.04 Codename: precise & x64 system i will try to create simple example for this case. Orginal file is too big & ugly for debuging |

Complete FreeCAD version would be relevant too. There's a "Copy to clipboard" button in Help --> About FreeCAD. |

Can reproduce. Actually our CAD core fail on that, not much we can do about it..... |
Maybe we should start reporting upstream, to Open Cascade bug tracker with these bugs? The same bugs have been there for years... |
Using OCC 6.6 this works properly now. |
