Summary | 0001225: Allow User to Rotate Arc Radius Constraint Text and Leader | ||||
Description | After adding a constraint to a circle, the constraint text and arrow can be rotated about the circle and can also be moved radially. However after adding a radius constraint to an arc the constraint text can only be moved radially towards or away from the center of the arc; the user is unable to rotate the text about the arc. For simple sketchers this is not a problem but for more complex sketchers text is sometimes atop one another. The attached avi is a 10 second screencast of this issue. My apologies; it seems the file did not attach, Here's a link to it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wt708qv892uijc0/FC%20014%20Radius%20Constraint.avi |

I agree. It is inconvenient, and looks like a bug because circles do allow the dimension lines to be rotated. (found with version 0.14 2370, running on Windows 7, in Touchpad navigation mode) |
