Summary0001275: Option to allow zooming to focus on mouse pointer location
DescriptionWhen the user zooms (presumably with the mouse wheel), it would be most helpful if the zoom from/to occurs from the location of the mouse pointer because that is naturally where the user wants to focus there attention.

This is true in most modern CAD systems (ex. Solidworks).
