| Description | When rotating a part in part design mode, sometimes it gets stuck in rotation mode and keeps spinning. Other times, it gets stuck in zoom or pan mode even though I've released the buttons. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Using a mouse, in the part design workbench I use middle+right button to rotate the part. I release the buttons but it carries on rotating. It seems to happen less if I'm careful to release the RMB first and then wait a beat before releasing the middle mouse button. Similar problems with zooming and panning. Sometimes it gets stuck and middle+right will no longer rotate. Hitting the "top view" button resets the view and it starts working again. | ||||

This is intended. If you don't want it go to Edit > Preferences > Display and switch off "Enable animation". |

If it's intended, what am I doing to activate it and how do I stop it once it's started? Hitting escape was my instinct to get out of it but that does something different. |

Simply do a left click inside the 3d view to stop the animation. |
