Summary0001407: Saving files does not automatically append the selected suffix.
DescriptionFile>>Save As... does not append the selected suffix (e.g., ".FCStd") to the file name when creating.

As a corollary, File>>Open will not open a files that does not have a recognized suffix. This requires one to manually change the name to be able to open it.
Steps To ReproduceFile>>Save As... (or hit the icon).

With older Qt versions it was impossible to use the native file dialog because it lead to crashes. With Qt 4.8.5 this apparently has been fixed and thus we re-enabled the native dialog. So, just wait for a new build and you have it...
