| Description | When editing an existing sketch, no further external geometry can be selected. | Steps To Reproduce | Make a sketch and pad it. Select a face and make a new sketch with external geometry references. Pad the second sketch. Edit the second sketch and try to pick additional external geometry. | ||||
| Additional Information | Seems to be related to issue 1330. Attached video shows last step in "Steps To Reproduce" above. When editing the second sketch, no additional external geometry is selectable. | ||||

In your screen cast you can clearly see that the edges are not allowed to be selected while issue 1330 has disabled the selection node of the 3d view and thus you could not even select things in non-edit mode. Can you upload your test file? Maybe it's the geometry type that is not supported. |

in regards to the video: I believe you are trying to pick from the wrong solid. Before editing sketch001, Hide "Pocket" and show "Pad". Now when you edit sketch001 you can select more external edges. |

tanderson69, yes, that works that way, and has taken a bit of thought to see that this is not a bug. I'd guess this issue can be dismissed. Sorry guys, just wasn't seeing exactly what was going on there. tanderson69, thank's for clearing this up for me. |
