| Description | the documentation talks about draft icon in the preferences. I have installed (and reinstalled) 0.14 but I don't see this. Screenshot is attached. | ||||

Well, after I selected draft in the drop-down on the main screen, draft entry appeared in the preferences dialog. This is not intuitive. The settings here should be global. |

You must open up the other workbenches to see their related Preference settings. To see and have assess to the Draft Preferences, you must first switch to the Draft Workbench, then go to Edit > Preferences. Same for Part Design, Raytracing, etc.. This is not a bug. Also, it would of been better to of asked about this on the FreeCAD forum before filing a bug report. |

Sure, it is somewhat inconvenient to actively load a workbench before you can access its user settings. However, it is much more important to have short start times of the application by not loading all available application modules (plug-ins). |
