Summary0001984: Set CMakeLists *not* to build the useless Assembly module by default
DescriptionThe current Assembly workbench available in the FreeCAD builds is utterly useless and its availability confuses newcomers who expect a working workbench.

CMakeLists should set its building as OFF by default, and the upcoming 0.15 release and the various binaries should not include it.
