Re-check as described below, please.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open the file.
2. Open Sketch001.

3. Move the ellipse:

Do a very little movement (eg., 1 mm). If I move the ellipse so that it become fully outside other solid object ("Clone of Fusion"), I also do not get an error. But if I move the ellipse that it partially intersects the solid object "Clone of Fusion", I get an error on computation of a fusion as I have described previously.

4. Close sketch editor.

Please always post to the Help forum first before making a bug ticket so that we can keep the ticket numbers to a minimum and keep their quality as high as possible.

I have tried with both the versions below and I can not reproduce what you describe, although when I first open the file Fusion001 is not visible/has not been computed, presumably due to some error or other in your FreeCAD/model, but when I force a recompute it works for me.

There are several possible problems with your file.

Please feel free to post this in the Help forum where more will see it and work out what is happening. We can re-open this bug ticket if needed but I think I will close it for now.
