| Description | when trying to drag and drop a wall object into an empty group previously created, several wall baselines also move into the group, and the tree levels are not respected. attached project file and screenshots. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | just try to move 'wall001' object into 'Cloture' group. if moving to another group it seems to be working properly. Double clicking the group afte design open shows some items in it. it looks like if some base lines were already in the group, but it is impossible to remove them from it. Should the file be repaired, and if yes, how, and how this can have occurred ? | ||||

I can't reproduce the problem. If I have a group, a wall, and a baseline of a wall, moving the wall to the group only moves the wall, not the baseline, as expected. Objects can be moved out of a group by moving them to the document root. I believe you have done something wrong in your file, maybe you had more than one object selected when you moved to the group, I don't know... But in any case I don't see a bug in FreeCAD that needs to be fixed. If you are unsure if something is a bug or not, it is always best to discuss it on the forum before posting here. I'll close this issue now as apparently there is nothing that needs to be fixed, repoen the issue if needed or if you have more information. |
