Please always post to the Help forum before making tickets. This is mostly user error. You have made one of the same most common mistakes with threads that has been posted about repeatedly including just a few days ago, rotate the Cylinder a few degrees. The Sweep was also not valid but a recompute fixed it for me so it could be many issues but most likely just that my software is more up to date than yours but I have to guess because you have not added your "Help menu... About FreeCAD" data.
