Summary	0002574: Error when trying to use Polar Pattern Feature
Description	When selecting the Polar Pattern Feature a "No Valid Features on this Document" error message appears.
Steps To Reproduce	Open FreeCAD, - Select "Complete" Workbench (Followed Youtube Video) - Select "Create New Sketch", - Select X Y Plane, - Drew a Profile, - Constrained it, - Select "Revolve a selected Sketch, - Produced a Pulley Selected a face, - Select "Create New Sketch", - Drew 2 circles, and 2 arcs to create a slot, - Constrained it, - Clicked "Pocket", - "Through All". Deselected everything, - Selected "Create a Polar Pattern Feature", - The No Valid Features on this Document Error message pops up, Saying "Please create a subtractive or additive feature first."
Additional Information	Have tried this process in Part Design Workbench as well. Also tried it on my laptop as well with a different design and keep getting same error message.
