Summary0002684: Export Rebars as IfcSweptDiskSolid
DescriptionRebars are always made of a disk extruded along a path. Therefore, they should be exported as such in IFC. Also, series of bars made from the same profile should be exported as IfcMappedRepresentationItems so they share the same geometry and reduce filesize.

Cannot use IfcMappedRepresentationItems in this case, as it wont handle individual bars. In any case, using IfcSweptDiskSolid already gives a big file size optimization
