| Summary | 0000275: Cannot start program | ||||
| Description | I installed via the packaged installer "FreeCAD_0.10.3531_x86_setup.msi", and when I try to start the program I get this error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application)" | ||||
| Additional Information | I have this same problem with either 0.10 or 0.9. Neither will work for me. I am using: Win XP Pro and Python 2.7. I am able to run Blender (v2.49b) just fine. | ||||

Is the PYTHONPATH variable set on you system? This would force FreeCAD to use the 2.7 lib directory while its compiled with 2.6.... |
I did not, but then tried setting PYTHONPATH to ... C:\Python27 and C:\Python27\Lib ... neither fixed the above error |
Mhh, without further information its hard to say... This packages are installed a thousand time. Is something unusual on your box? |
