The description is misleading, I can reproduce the issue with only a single Job in the file. The problem seems to be related to the model. |

As it turns out the problem is that the model I'm using has notch (half circle) with a diameter exactly the same as the tool diameter. Slightly changing either one of them makes the problem go away. The problem I see is one cannot "slightly change" the tool diameter in a real world setting. And once the model has been finalised, it might be rather hard to go back and change the radius, or even impossible depending in which format the model was given to machining. |
