Description	When I switch to Inspection workbench there are no tools shown. See attached picture. I am using the latest pull from master.

wmayer 2018-04-05 12:24 administrator ~0011128	The Inspection wb doesn't offer a toolbar but you should see a menu "Inspection" with two commands in it.
