DescriptionThe tooltip reads "Image Scaling to an Image Plane".

Most tooltips describe an action either in the infinitive tense or in the third person; they do not have all words capitalized (uppercase). It should also minimally describe how the tool is used. I suggest


Scales an image plane by defining a distance between two points
