Summary	0003838: missing tooltip in mesh preferences dialog
Description	- change to Mesh WB - open the FC preferences and go to Import/Export - there go to the tab "Mesh Formats" result: the tooltip in the attached screenshot is missing

And according to the forum post I guess what you want is the options "Angular deviation" (and possibly "Relative surface deviation") to be available also in the preferences.
