| Summary | 0000429: Bug when moving a box from the edges | ||||
| Description | I have install FreeCAD directly from the Debian software repositories. Version 0.10 Revision number 3225 Release date 2010/06/13 I have install FreeCAD just for fun and to explore it. There is a bug, to see it you just have to create a new empty document and pass a box. Then pick any arrow except of the one at the center.. now try to move the box. It may move far away or moving crazy up and down finally it disappears. Also any other box at the same document no longer respond correctly. At terminal it show: Coin warning in SbLine::setValue(): The two points defining the line is equal => line is invalid. Coin warning in SbPlane::intersect(): Intersecting line doesn't have a direction. End flanges work fine only if I fist rotate the box. I have also record my screen to see what I mean if I didn't explain well. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1031100/forums/out-3.ogv Keep up the good work :) | ||||

The 0.10 is very old. We do no fixes on it anymore. Anyway, in the 0.10 a lot of stuff don't work. Just get the 0.11 or better the 0.12 unstable. There we get close to usably ;) sorry |
