| Description | Using the brand new FreeCAD 0.19.1 I notice that the "What's this" feature https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Std_WhatsThis does not work for the Std toolbar buttons (https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Std_Base) But it works fine for e.g. all toolbar buttons of the PartDesign, Part, Mesh, FEM WB.
