| Summary | 0000553: arrayed objects do not appear to work with boolean cut | ||||
| Description | arrayed objects do not appear to work with boolean cut. Creating an array of "drills" then using the array to cut into another solid does not produce the expected results as attached. | ||||
| Additional Information | Ubuntu 11.10 Linux compiled from svn 5351. To reproduce: Open attached file ArrayClear Select cut012 object shift select array object click cut boolean button expected result is a disc with holes drilled in it Actual result is not as expected. The array and cylinder parts also seem to have become disassociated or appear differently than they did before the file was saved and reopened. | ||||

Bug does not occur when FreeCAD is updated to rev 0.13R5359 and Open Cascade is updated to 6.5.2. I am not sure what update corrected the issue. |

Works for me too using OCC 6.3. So, it might be a change in FreeCAD's Draft module that fixed this issue. |
