Summary	0000574: Draft hatches are not working anymore
Description	The system that adds hatch patterns to Draft objects when they are put on a drawing sheet doesn't work anymore, should be changed by something more powerful, designed to work with future Arch module intensive use of patterns. a central, unified way to manage SVG definitions, embeddable as one block inside SVG sheets. maybe a property of Pages?
