Summary | 0000663: Wrong naming scheme for Draft up/downgrade
Description | * Draft upgrade & downgrade give wrong names to new objects (wire when it's a filled face, etc...) * Downgrading a draft wire first produces a face then a wire, the other way round (upgrading) should also produce an intermediary face * When no upgrade/downgrade is possible, an expanation message should be printed.
