Summary	0000074: Offset doesn't work as expected
Description	Following the tutorial at https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/free-cad/index.php?title=Draft_tutorial I run already into an issue when trying to offset the initial rectangle. After starting the Offset command and moving the cursor then this happens: * when shrinking in vertical direction the rectangle grows in horizontal direction * when growing in vertical direction it shrinks in horizontal direction The same effect is occurring when moving the cursor in horizontal direction where it grows/shrinks in vertical direction.
