Summary	0000806: No angular dimensions in draft mode
Description	Following the online help, it should be possible to dimension angulars in draft mode (Click on 1st edge while pressing shift, click on 2nd edge while pressing shift). This does not work.
Additional Information	Tested under Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.02
