After some research I fear its not possibel...
This is mainly due the
Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86_x64.msm
which get installed along with FreeCAD. Since the newer compilers this
runtime is not allowed to installed some where else but the system dir.
This runtime forces the FreeCAD always into admin mode....

I think I will provide along with the installer a bin Zip file to use
FreeCAD without installing it....
