Summary0000900: Allow user to specify the center of a polar pattern feature.
DescriptionCurrently the user can specify the axis of rotation and the number of occurrences but cannot change the center point of the rotation. Allow the user to specify the coordinates of the center point of the rotation.

the Polar pattern tool allows to select an arbitrary center and axis of rotation by specifying a referenced edge. The feature that should be requested instead is to have the possibility to define construction axes in the Body Feature that will be introduced in 0.14. I will set this bug to invalid because it is not the polar pattern feature that has to be enhanced.
