Summary	0001049: Sketcher preferences in preferences editor
Description	Implementation of Sketcher preferences in preferences editor (Edit menu -> Preferences), for handle the common parameters used in scketch workbench, enabling them for all sketches, by default. The most used (parameters): Grid on/off Grid size Grid style (light, dashed) Color and type of lines, dots and other drawing entities for draw and construction mode (dashed, dotted, thickness, ...) Color of constraining dimentions (allowing a bit more the customization, even though red is the official color) Enable/Disable Ask for value immediatly after creating a length constraint (recently implemented) Options of sketch solver and other diagnosis Others.
