| Description | If I enter a dimension in inches (e.g. '8"', or '8 in') in the 'data' form, when I edit it by clicking in the form element and hitting the up or down arrows to increment / decrement the measurement, it upgrades the units to yards. This makes it very difficult because every click of the button effects a change that is orders of magnitude larger than my units would imply I'm working with. In my opinion correct behaviour would be to use the current unit and increment / decrement by exactly one. | ||||

I assume you have set you Units preference to "US customary", Are you talking about editing these values in the initial creation dialogue or the property editor (in combo view when the wall is selected) after creation? What version of FreeCAD are you talking about? Please post your Help about FreeCAD data. It is usually best to ask these questions in the forum first so we can filter issues and improve the bug ticket quality if one is needed. I could be wrong but I suspect you are using an old or obsolete FreeCAD version, as I don't seem to be able to duplicate your issue.
