Summary	0002088: "Flashing" background when showing constraints in sketcher
Description	With switching to the quarter based viewer, FreeCAD began to show a strange graphical behaviour when showing constraints in sketcher.

wmayer 2017-01-11 21:22 administrator ~0007654	The relevant information of the video was that: 1. With v0.14 (using SoQt) creation of documents and sketcher worked properly 2. With v0.16 (a developer snapshot replacing SoQt with Quarter) now the creation of a documents feels a bit slower (personal impression) 3. When creating a sketch in the empty document than the background of the constraints icon appears black. 4. When creating a sketch on e.g. a pad then the background of constraint icon appears normally 5. When using the command to add external geometries and hovering over different elements in the 3d view the background of the icons flashes. So, the questions is if this can still be reproduced with stable 0.16 or 0.17.

Thanks for all your efforts ..` Based on that I'm resolving this ticket. @wmayer please remove my name from the 'assigned' field (since I can't do that myself if I resolve tickets).
