Description	searching by single tag: `https://freecadweb.org/tracker/search.php?tag_string=webapps` doesn't work searching by multiple tags: `https://freecadweb.org/tracker/search.php?tag_string=%2Bwebapps%2C%2Bbugtracker`
Steps To Reproduce	These links can also be found when: 1. Open a ticket that has a tag assigned (Ex. 0002912) 2. click on 'bugtracker' tag (should result in seeing https://freecadweb.org/tracker/tag_view_page.php?tag_id=97 3. click the upper right 'Attached issue' button
