Summary0003029: PartDesign Pad does not extrude multiple manifolds
DescriptionIn the attached file, only one of two sketch manifolds is extruded by PartDesign Pad. This is a regression since 0.15.
Steps To Reproduce1. Import the attached file.
2. Observe that the sketch has two manifolds but only one is extruded by the pad.

This is not a regression, this is expected behaviour since the early conception of the PartDesign workbench. If it worked before, it was an unintended bug.

Please look at the PartDesign Workbench documentation page, it is very clear about this:

The Part Design Workbench provides tools for modelling complex solid parts and is based on a Feature editing methodology to produce a single contiguous solid.

So the new behaviour in 0.17 actually restores things to what they should always have been, therefore this bug is invalid.
