Summary0003088: ToolTable crashes after changing the units in the settings
DescriptionOnly 'Standard' and ImperialDecimalUS can be used.
Otherwise missing cases in PathScripts/PathToolLibraryManager.py cause an attempt to divide by an unassigned variable.

(Fixed on my branch. I will issue a pull request later).
