Summary0003089: Spindle speed is limited to only 100 RPM
DescriptionWhen adding a new tool control, I cannot set the spindle speed to more than 99.99 RPM, which is the default maximum of QDoubleSpinBox Class.

(Fixed in my branch, a pull request will follow).
Steps To ReproduceAdd a new tool control and try to set spindle RPM to more than 100.
