Summary	0003161: Shape Binder not at expected place
Description	When a Shape Binder is created on a face of a pad (created from a sketch) and the face is parallel to the sketch of the pad, the shape binder lies at a wrong place. Sketch created on XY -> SB lies on XY Axis, but should be on the face being parallel to XY in Z direction with Length of the pad. Sketch created on XZ Plane -> SB lies on XY Axis. Sketch created on YZ Plane -> SB lies on XZ Axis. Was discussed in the forum here: (link)
Steps To Reproduce	Create a sketch on YZ-Plane, make a pad from it and create a shape binder on the face parallel to the sketch -Y the Shap Binder lies on XZ-Plane. Create a sketch on XZ-Plane, make a pad from it and create a shape binder on the face parallel to the sketch, the Shap Binder lies on XY-Plane. Create a sketch on XY-Plane, make a pad from it and create a shape binder on the face parallel to the sketch, the Shap Binder lies on XY-Plane.
