| Description | Anti-Aliasing does not work at all in both 3D view and sketch view, even after restarting FreeCAD | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1-Launch FreeCAD. 2-Edit Menu > Preferences > Display. 3-Change Anti-Aliasing to any setting other than "None". 4-Press "OK". 5-Restart FreeCAD. 6-There is still no anti-aliasing in both the 3D view and sketch view. | ||||
| Additional Information | CPU: Intel Core i5 6200U Skylake Integrated GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520 Dedicated GPU: AMD Radeon R5 M330 (HAINAN) I tried with both GPUs. | ||||

The anti-aliasing setting definitely works. If on a system you can't see the effect then it could be because: * the hardware/driver doesn't support it * things are not configured correctly It's also possible that when using Qt4 things don't work correctly any more and moving to Qt5 fixes them. This has been observed in quite a lot of cases now. In either way it's nothing we can change in FreeCAD code to make this working as expected. |
