No issue here. You are mentioning two completely different FreeCAD versions. Look at the revision number, and the inscription "Git shallow". It is thousands of commits different from the current FreeCAD sources. AFAIK this is from the unofficial assembly3 build which is based on heavily modified FreeCAD sources. Who knows what happens with that version. Please create your model again but in an official development build. Even then, it works here with your provided FreeCAD file. In other words, if this only affects your assembly3 build, it is an invalid bug that should be reported to the assembly3 developer, not here. Besides your workflow is wrong. You should create sketches from the PartDesign workbench, not from Sketcher. When closing a sketch, you are brought back to PartDesign automatically. |

I was curious and tried that.. Not replicable. I think pager48 selected entities from a SKETCH not edges of a solid. I use some existing solid, switched to sketcher, selected several edges and was able to fillet easily. Harry is right. I just watched again the video. At 0:06 we clearly see in the tree that the Sketch is still selected when he selects edges on the solid then clicks on the Fillet tool. Doing the same thing as in the video, I get the same error message. This is user error plain and simple. |

This report is invalid. This is user error as shown in the video. Sketch is selected at the same time as edges on the Body, this is what causes the issue. |
