Summary0003602: Clone doesn't accept part anymore.
DescriptionClone tool in part design doesn't accept part object anymore. It displays gery icon when I select the part, but body works fine.

I used to make bodies and clone several times into one part, (which contains multiple instance of that body). Then I clone the part to put it at other places in an assembly.

I used this method fine in 0.16, but in 0.17 it seems that this feature is disabled? I can still open files created using this method, but the part object is no longer clone-able. (existing cloned part remains normal)

If this feature is removed, the How can I achieve linked duplication of a part which contains several bodies? Thanks.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a part.

Create a body.

Drag the body into the part.

Select the part.

Clone shows grey.

Part and Body containers, as well as PartDesign CLone were introduced in v0.17. How could you have "used this method fine" in v0.16???

You are most probably mistaking PartDesign Clone with Draft Clone, which existed back in v0.16.

A Part container has no shape, which is why the PartDesign Clone does not recognize it. But Draft Clone works on a Part container. So you've got a workaround.

This is not a bug therefore I'm closing it.
