Bonjour @jiemeb. Merci pour le rapport. Cependant, comme indiqué dans la bannière jaune géante en haut de page, il faut d'abord ouvrir un sujet sur le forum avant de saisir un ticket. Cela permet d'obtenir de l'aide et de valider le problème avant. Le forum français est accessible à ce lien.
