| Description | In window1 I have parts A and B. In window2 I have parts X and Y. In all cases cubes. What I found was that I had Window1 part A active but under combo view (top left) I was still editing the size and position of window2 part X. I am new to Freecad so I was lost as things were changing that I had not changed. The work round was usually a couple of clicks on the cube that I wanted to edit to fix things. I am using Freecad 18 but I also have the Mint default 15 on my machine and I must say that getting 18 up and running was a snap thanks. Ian. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Simply have proj1 and proj2 open at the same time and under Window select between proj1 and proj2. | ||||

What a mess this has turned out to be. My password seems to be invalid. I try to register again and it's asking to answer a question (looks to be the one greyed out) but that still does not work. Anyway I only got as far as ONC S1 tech drawing and I'm not a geek so I'm really lost with this. I've made a couple of simple snippets to demo the problem only it's no longer apparent so lets drop it for now. Regards Ian. |

@stanley82 sorry to hear you're acting trouble. best to open a thread first on the forum and get feedback from the community. Also we recommend testing on 0.19pre since it orders of magnitude ahead of 0.18.4 Closing this ticket now |
