DescriptionThe DefaultShapeVertexColor preference is not used. It should be removed from the preferences.
Steps To Reproduce
  1. Edit > Preferences > Part design > Shape appearance > Vertex color
  2. Choose a distinct color that is different from the Line color.
  3. Restart FreeCAD.
  4. Create a new document.
  5. Create a Part_Box.
  6. Result: The vertices have the Line color not the Vertex color from the preferences.

In ViewProviderPartExt we need a separate Material for vertex. One solution.
